It all starts with Digestion

Optimizing digestion is different for everyone. What is certain is that in order to improve digestion, I need your active participation. If that is the case I am there to provide the tools and assist you during the process.

I always ask you to keep a food log for at least 3 days so that you will become aware of foods that have a negative impact on your body and mind. Secondly we will replace those harmful foods with more beneficial ones to support digestion and assimilation of nutrients.

Consuming fresh, clean, whole, sprouted and nutrient dense foods to your diet, high in enzymes, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, allows our bodies to use the fuel we need and ward of any disease.

Transitioning into a whole food diet can result gradually in powerful changes on a cellular level. In addition to a whole foods diet and to assist the body during transition, vitamin and mineral supplementation might be necessary. If needed I will provide advice on good quality supplementation.
