Achieving optimal health and well-being is different for everyone. Finding your own  path within the world of health is key and a holistic nutritionist can help with this process. Lorette guides clients in reaching optimal health through nutrition and exercise. Becoming aware of foods that are beneficial or harmful to the body is an important step towards achieving optimal health.

Nutrient Dense

Consuming fresh, clean, whole, sprouted and nutrient dense foods to your diet, high in enzymes, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, allows our bodies to use the fuel we need and ward of any disease.

Transitioning into a whole food diet can result gradually in powerful changes on a cellular level. In addition to a whole foods diet and to assist the body during transition, vitamin and mineral supplementation might be necessary. Lorette will advice proper supplementation if needed.
