Lorette is a RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) practicing from P3 Health, an integrative health clinic downtown Toronto. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) where she now teaches upcoming nutritionists about a wide array of health topics. Lorette stays up to date with new research regarding nutrition and supplements through her role as Healthy Living Advisor at Goodness Me Health Food stores across the GTA.
Lorette obtained her certificate as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) at the Spynga Yoga & Cycling Studio and spends her free time practicing and teaching yoga at Roots Yoga Studio.
Lorette’s focus is on the 5 Yogic rules to prevent or reverse disease: 1) proper exercise 2) proper breathing 3) proper relaxation 4) wholesome food 5) proper thinking.
