Want to know a bit more about me? I am a Functional Nutrition Coach. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) where I taught upcoming nutritionists about a wide array of health topics. I am always following new research regarding nutrition and supplements.
During my years in Canada I practiced as holistic nutritionist from P3 Health, an integrative health clinic downtown Toronto. It was also abroad that I obtained my certificate as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and started teaching yoga at Roots Yoga Studio.
My focus is on the 5 Yogic rules to prevent or reverse disease: 1) proper exercise 2) proper breathing 3) proper relaxation 4) wholesome food 5) proper thinking. In my free time I love doing yoga and enjoying good meals with family and friends.
